Appointment times are reserved specifically for you. We ask for at least 24-hour notice for cancellations or reschedules. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours, rescheduled appointments, missed appointments or repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee up to the full cost of the scheduled service and/or require a nonrefundable deposit for future bookings.

Gift cards MUST be presented at the appointment. All clients are required to have a credit card on file at all times regardless of also having a gift card. All cancellation policies apply to gift cards. Client accepts full financial responsibility if they cannot present the gift card at time of service.

All forms are required to be updated and on file at time of service. Vital Remedy LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone that does not meet requirements.

We have recently stopped the sale of packages. Aside from convenience we realize they do not specifically promote successful results.
Instead, we now offer treatment plans. We understand continuity of care is important! Your therapist will work with you and design a plan to provide optimal results.
